This was a great tour, a pleasant surprise. It is a family-owned business and it feels like it from the moment they pick you up. Nothing is fancy and the whole thing is very straight forward and I have to say I loved it. They do not operate with groups larger than 6 people (ours was 5), which makes it... More

We were in a group of six people and had an awesome time. Our guide was very nice and motivated to show us everything. She made the whole thing very interesting and funny. The water level in the caves was quite high that day but the tour could take place. In my opinion the climb out of the cave was... More

We had a great time and it is such a great opportunity to be able to see the cave so close! The guide was very professional and we were lucky enough to see cave weta, eals, spiders and of course lots of glow worms!

This was a lot of fun with a very passionate team but first impressions last and it honestly looks as though no money has been put back into this business for a long time. It doesn't instill a lot of faith in the activity when the signage is smashed up and the change facilities don't close properly. The gear is... More

We enjoyed the 5 in 1 activity with Lori from the Kiwi cave rafting. The activites was really fun and doing it in a cave with the magical glowworms all over was awesome. It was one of my best memories from NZ.

This was a very fun experience. The glow worm caves are beautiful. You abseil down into the cave, float down the rapids on a tube and rock climb your way back out. They will even offer to let you to squeeze through tight openings in the cave if you wish (mainly for photos). They take good photos of you the... More

We really enjoyed this 5 hr tour which involved abseiling, cave exploring, tube rafting and rock climbing to get us out! The glow worms were spectacular and we even met Steve the eel down there who was extremely friendly! The tour was well organised and our guide Sam was really enthusiastic and knowledgeable about the caves. The small group really... More
