I had heard great things about Mogo zoo and it didn't disappoint. It's only really a half day out but the layout is awesome and the kids really enjoyed the giraffe feeding which is really well organised by the keepers and volunteers. The best part...More

We visited with our three children (aged 3,4 and 6). The keeper talks were wonderful and informative. My son is looking forward to sharing what he learnt about why the silvery gibbon is endangered with the rest of his class at school. The highlight for...More

We visited this zoo some years ago enjoying the staff interactions with the animals and the animal enclosures. Today we visited and was pleasantly surprised. For a private zoo they have expanded making the visit for us humans more enjoyable. But more importantly the enclosures...More

I thought: it is just a zoo. Like any other. This one is different. The deer feeding experience is exceptional. Also, they have plenty of lions and you can really see them close. Good parking and easy to walk around. Great for a family day...More

We spent the whole day here. We tried to schedule everything around the animal talks but ended missing a few as we spent more time watching the antics of the animals. Keepers were more than happy to answer questions and were entertaining.

I just love this zoo but I had a chance to see it through different visitors eyes during a recent visit, really enjoying the zoo even more if that is possible! My nephew (11) really got a kick out of feeding the giraffes and experiencing...More

A small but intimate zoo experience. Plenty to see and do. Experiences range from $2 to feed the deer, $10 to feed the giraffes and plenty more at higher prices. They specialise in overseas animals, especially the primates (no kangaroos or koalas here!). Well set...More

We took about 4 1/2 hours. We managed to fit in all the feeding times. The tigers were well worth spending a little more time watching the feeding.

$26 must be correct if it's online, I can't remember the cost, but it is a lovely zoo, well worth the visit.

Unfortunately, I didn't do the rhino experience ... but if it is anything like the monkey experience, it's worth it.
