    More than I expected!
The park is well laid out, with plenty of room for the wildlife to roam, and many exotic animals to see, including some rare, endangered species. The keeper talks are informative and interesting - give yourself at least a couple of hours to enjoy the animals. Go early in the day, when they're most active - the monkeys in particular are so much fun to watch!
Hi Vicky, What a lovely review! Our wonderful keepers work very hard - not only to ensure our animals receive excellent care and attention, but also to ensure that our guests receive informative and interesting facts about them. We are thrilled to bits that you enjoyed your visit to our park and hope to see you again, one day.

A must visit if in Mogo!
This was brilliant always wanted to visit and now in the area had the opportunity. Fabulous informative staff. So very well planned, easy route to walk around and how special is it to see such well cared for beautiful animals. It’s a must do - you won’t be disappointed. You can even get involved in feeding. It was a great visit and definitely recommend. Well done staff and volunteers. 👏👏
Hi aldavril, We are so delighted to hear that you had such a lovely day at our beautiful park. Thank you, so much for supporting us and for taking the time to leave such a lovely review. We would love to welcome you again one day.

    Terrific Tamarins.
I thoroughly enjoyed my day here. I paid to feed the Tamarins which were so cute. As I was the only person, I was given a long session and Taryn was wonderful. Well worth the money. I also fed the giraffes. The park is larger than I thought and slopes downhill so walking back up to the entrance was a bit of a hike for me. Luckily there were seats to rest on the way. One thing to be careful of are the uneven pavers, tread carefully on those! Apparently other people have fallen over.
Hi Julene, We are thrilled that you enjoyed your tamarin experience and feeding our giraffes. Aren't the tamarins just the most adorable little guys? And those majestic giraffes!!! Thank you so much for your kind words and your excellent 5-star review. We hope to see you again one day soon!

Nice clean well maintained park, terrific staff.
Great few hours spent looking at animals. Animals seemed happy and able to be separated from public but still viewable. Almost every animal viewed none hiding. Easy to get around park. Friendly keepers.

It is wonderful to hear that you experienced a great few hours on your visit to Mogo Wildlife Park, especially enjoying the great view of our collection of animals, the ease of exploring the park and our friendly team. Still worthwhile
Visit to the park was just as i remembered it from 15 years prior. Smallish zoo with unique animals i hadn't seen at other zoos. Unfortunately, the park is in need of some TLC. The animals are still great but the park is failing in upkeep. Hopefully there will be an influx of patrons to ensure its still here in another 15 to 50 years. Still worth the visit and the price is affordable for multiple visits
Thank you, Allanhowieson, for your excellent review and recommendation. We are so pleased that you enjoyed your repeat visit Mogo Wildlife Park especially enjoying getting up-close to our diverse collection of exotic species. We appreciate your feedback and this will be passed along to our teams. We appreciate your continued support and hope to see you again on your next visit :-)

A great place to visit if you get the chance. Spent most of the day and wasn't bored with attending the different Keeper talks which all of them were highly informative. We also paid extra to hand feed the Giraffes, plus attended a private visit and Keeper talk with a White Rhino which is an experience that I will remember for the rest of my life.
Thank you for your fantastic review! we are so glad to hear you enjoyed your day and have made memories to last a lifetime. We hope to see you again very soon!

    A memorable encounter
We decided to try two of the animal encounters here, which are accompanied by zoo staff . If you arrive without prior booking you might get a discount, or if you take out zoo membership it could be well worthwhile , for admission to two other zoos . We encountered the spotted hyena, Cheka, and the bintarong, Baru, on different days . These experiences were the highlight of our holiday . Well worth a visit . Very enjoyable, staff are very knowledgeable and friendly .
Thank you for your fantastic review! We are so glad to hear you had an incredible time interacting with all of our beautiful animals. We hope to have you visit us again soon!

Took the kids during school holidays and it was amazing. Such a different experience than going to Taronga, Western Plains or any of the zoo's in Sydney. Staff were super friendly and helpful as well. Highly recommended.

We loved our few hours there, only a small zoo but packed with animals from all walks of life. The staff are friendly & knowledgeable, only a 10 minute drive from Tomakin & well worth visiting.

This is a delightful small zoo . Children will enjoy it very much . If you are elderly / disabled, the ground is a bit uneven in places, so be careful . It is also possible to hire a wheelchair, for a gold coin donation . Staff are very helpful and friendly . There are giraffes, gorillas, camels, lions, lots of monkeys , hyenas etc . Plus a small kangaroo enclosure where you can go in and mingle with the delightful small Kangaroo Island kangaroos .
