The staff is fairly friendly. However, I'm not sure I'd bring children on one of their boat tours. We watched several couples struggling to get their children back on the boat & none of the staff tried to help. We did finally yell after watching one woman struggle for minutes and minutes and we were worried for their safety. The boats are very basic & you can smell the fuel/exhaust fumes. They seem as tired as the staff and in need of some maintenance. Overall, the only special moment of the tour was seeing dolphins. The snorkeling is minimal. Once they do let you off the boat you are instructed to only snorkel a small portion in front of the boat. Hardly worth putting your mask/fins/snorkel on for. Would not recommend. …

Eu comprei um pacote, que incluía transporte. Silvania foi muito agradável e útil. Ótima experiência e me senti segura, mesmo viajando sozinha. Eu conheci algumas pessoas maravilhosas nessa viagem. I purchased a package deal, which included transportation. Silvania was very nice and helpful. Great experience and I felt safe even though I was traveling alone and don’t speed much Portuguese. Well. We just had a very basic service... Airport Pick-Up. But I would recommend to avoid them based on our experience as they definitely did not value my time at the island. After arrive (they knew the flight & time) no transport available and asked to wait. After 45 minutes the van arrived / came back ,.. but took another round trip of 15 minutes .. before bringing is to the hotel. All the way pitching for services. Would be easier to take a taxi as distance is small. I feel abusing my valuable time on the island. We booked all service with different agency. Avoid…
