We left Havana at 6:00 am and returned later that evening initially thinking that it would be adequate time to see all. Major mistake. There was so much more to see and the landscape is beautiful. Please plan accordingly!!

We visited on a tour from Havana which although a long road trip was worth it. The area is full of tobacco farms, cigar and rum factories with some beautiful scenery and picturesque small villages.

You can cover it on 2 days if you go faster. El Mural and Jazmines panoramic view is amazing. You can go with children or group, it is a very safety place.

Remarkable experince made our day on the way to Vinalis. It was touring the unusual nature from another point of view. Most recomended. Starting at balcon de valle 20cuc for 2 hours for 2 pax

Beautiful sights but you don't need to spend much time here. Take some photos, have a drink and then keep it moving. The cigar farms in Vinales require more time to see so allot more time for that.

If you visit Cuba then you should take the time to travel here. There is a lot of history in this Valley. The scenery is beautiful. I would recommend hiring a old car taxi and driving here to take in all the sights.

Hire bikes from your casa and spend time exploring the valley and surrounding areas. Lots of mosquitos so make sure you’re well prepared if they take a liking to you. Town is very small and hugely popular with tourists so doesn’t feel like real cuba...More

We had a wonderful day trip to the Vinales Valley as part of a group. The journey itself was interesting - we had cave exploring and visited a tobacco farm. Had the opportunity to see the way ordinary people live outside the big city. The...More

The views here are stunning. If you stay at Los Jazmines, the valley is in front of your balcony. It rained a lot but that is what makes it green.

I went to Vinales by taxi colectivo and stayed at Papaya Porch (casa felicia) outside the city center in the rural countryside. They helped me organize a horse back riding tour-- the guide picked us up with the horses at our... More
