When you first arrive at the distillery, there is nobody to greet you. In fact, you do your own tour, which is great. You can spend as much or as little time anywhere, and really take your time to visit all of the facilities. The...More

We did a tour of Foursquare and also Mount Gay in March 2018. We picked up some rum at Foursquare. We're back at home now and it's mid-April. My wife isn't feeling well so she poured herself some Foursquare Rum and went to bed to...More

Visited today (Saturday 7th April 2018) and enjoyed walking around the distillery. Disappointed that there was no rum tasting available this morning.

This is the kind of thing that makes touring a joy. The self guided tour was intelligently laid out and combined with the clutch of historic buildings including the gem-like folklore museum, this is an excellent destination for whiling away an hour or two. You...More

We enjoyed the museum and self guided tour. It is a very quiet facility, but there are people around to answer questions if you have any.

My girlfriend and I decided to forego the Mount Gay tour because we read it is way over-commercialized. After going, we say Foursquare is the tour everyone should have. You get to see much of the island on the way there, and the cab ride...More

The self guided rum tour includes a local history section followed by a walk around the distillery itself. After doing the Mount Gay Tour I found Foursquare more relaxing with no one to coax you along. What amazed me about the whole place was the...More

Probably best to get a taxi to take you out and back.. Reserve someone outside the port gate, it will be much cheaper than inside at the cruise port.
