We went to Skipsea Castle expecting a castle or at least some ruins but there was nothing there just a field where the castle used to be. There is parking for about two cars but nothing really to see at all. Although there is a...More

We stopped here whilst passing and the cattle weren't in the field so we let the dogs out, on leads. The stile is quite high and would preclude some visitors but to be honest beyond a plaque and a view of a mound there isn't...More
