The Apollon is a real pleasure to visit for a cultural event. It is a miniature of the Scala Opera house in Milan. For a very reasonable entrance fee sit with locals and enjoy the beautiful hometown theater!

Do yourself a favour and visit this place! You will see the whole history of Ermoupolis' bourgeoisie unfolding in front of your eyes! Just 30 minutes there can explain why Syros is so different from all other islands of the Cyclades.
