About

Booked as had played there some years earlier - good reception and were immediately found on the system which was a surprise .
Course was OK and we did reserve a buggy as it was very warm. The course. although part of the Chateau estate does not have any views of the Chateau which is a shame. Some of the greens were not 100% and it was an expensive day out .
The restaurant was empty throughout our visit so we did not stay for even a drink .

It is not only about maintaining a good golf course, but also about welcoming guests. We played 18 holes yesterday.

The reception was very poor, the service in the brasserie and the food even worse. The lockerrooms were not inviting and the course was not well maintained. Carts only available for members etc. We paid 59 euros each for our round.

So a very disappointing visit to this golfclub.

This is a nice fair course in beautiful setting with good staff. The front nine have more water traps than the second nine, both loops are good. We had problems with plugged balls due to the unusual amount of rain earlier in the week.

Check out their website for special offers. Seniors have a great deal certain days a week for a lunch 18 hole combination.

The kitchen was good in the club house with an appreciated wine list.

This course is defiantly worth a visit if you are in the region.

Not a challenging course so not many lost balls! A nice bar and restaurant attached. Can be found down the road next to the Chateau car park.

I had my credit card company make the tee time reservation. We rented clubs, but brought our own shoes. The golf shop was very helpful. Everyone spoke some amount of English. My son, speaking French, was a valuable asset on the entire trip. The course has little elevation change. Its like golfing through a woodland with lakes. I would recommend this course as a pleasant break from chateaus, if that's why you are in the Loire valley.
