A short walk from Rizal Boulevard stands the oldest stone church in Negros island, though it might not seem old because of its polished facade. Built in 1754, one could almost feel the walls wanting to communicate. Beautiful, ornate, and very well preserved. A very holy place that feels incredibly special! A must-see!

a majestic dumaguete cathedral is situated at the heart of the capital of negros oriental ,that is,dumaguete city...It is close to the quezon park where adults and children alike gather especially sundays for the mass and other gatherings.

The cathedral is old and badly needs some restoration. There are several masses in many languages. It is very near Rizal Boulevard for some night life.

Grandiose and one of the old churches made of stones. Gate Entrance is lined with life size statue of saints.

Exploring the Philippines, you get to experience church saturation. This church is one of the churches along the commercial district. Light a candle and make a wish for first time visitor.

The Cathedral has the Belfry beside it. Lots of people went for Mass. It was announced that they will start renovating the church, as it is one of the oldest church in the area.

The church has good architecture and a well planned beautification. It is one of the oldest parish in Negros Oriental and beside it stands Dumaguete Belfry. The most beautiful church in Dumaguete City...
