These ferries are expensive but we were going 6 hours North so got the extra package--they had to change boats so modified upgrade was not good so requested refund--took a couple of weeks but they honoured it--we were impressed!More

Not enough seats under cover. Pretty expensive for a short ferry trip. Organised Chaos getting on and off. Captain's lounge should be available for all at the rate charged.More

as far as I am aware you can upgrade after boarding, I have never seen the Captains lounge full on any of my trips
