My husband and I stayed at the Intercontinental Golf Resort for our honeymoon during the second and third week of April 2019. While we stayed at the hotel we enjoyed the complimentary use of snorkel gear, kayaking and paddle boarding up to 1 free hour every day. One day we received a weekly activity schedule and saw the sunset safari. We booked the boat trip and went the next day. We met Seta Roy and he greeted us and brought us on the boat to meet the captain Mohammed Lqbal. Seta was so nice to even change out our ice , since we brought an ice bucket on with us to enjoy some champagne and beer. Mohammed took us around the bay and around the island that is closest to the cave. We strolled around the water that surrounded the villages and golf course. We saw goats, the same pigs that we saw earlier on the golf course and some blueish starfish in the waters. Mohammed and Seta steered us to see the beautiful sunset and enjoy some evening waves. We enjoyed our conversations and will never forget the amazing shells that Mohammed showed us from the beach. We left 2 days after the sunset cruise and said goodbye to both Seta and Mohammed. We are so grateful for their hospitality, kindness and friendship. We hope to visit again. From Washington, D.C your guests of room 3521.

Going for my open water with SSI was the best decision I made second to choosing Barefoot Manta as the starting point. My instructor,Hyden was passionate in his love for scuba diving and the ocean. He makes scuba so rewarding by revealing the secrets of the ocean. Im so fortunate to have taken on this challenge of getting my cert. My only concern is how to fund a new love of this hobby. Highly recommend the open water course.

Bula !!! everyone. This was the first time we were in Fiji and also the first time to do Scuba and Snorkell. We are in love with Fiji since our first Fiji. Being first timers in diving, we were a bit nervous however, the staff at Reef Safari was extremely helpful in motivating us and making us feel relaxed. Megan, the instructor first started with all the necessary instructions required for diving. Made us practice breathing for 10 minutes on the beach. Then we were all geared up. Our group being small their were 3 instructors and 4 of us. The staff literally were holding our hands throughout the dive , which made us feel very safe being first timers. The entire dive was for more than 45 minutes and we enjoyed every bit of it. Thank you to team Reef Safari. Keep up the good work.

Bula! This was my 1st dive ever & I was very happy w/ the outcome - everything ran smoothly & the instructors were very friendly. I dove w/ Paddy Moore, the Water Sports / Diver Manager & he was excellent. Before my lesson, I knew very little about scuba diving & w/ in 1 hour I gained incredible knowledge about diving & about Fiji's marine life. Paddy explained all the basics & assisted w/ all the gear - I felt safe the entire time :) I dove in the early morning when the water was crystal clear & saw loads of marine life (variety of fish, starfish, eels, crabs, coral reefs & sharks). I loved my 1st dive so much that I went out again after lunch & saw even more diversity! Honestly, I don't think I would've enjoyed this as much if it wasn't for Paddy - he answered all my questions & gave me tips for getting into diving. This was an amazing once-in-a-lifetime experience & I look forward to scuba diving again! Vinaka Paddy Moore & Reef Safari Diving :)

I was there with a large group, and although there were about 100 divers it ran like clockwork. The dives were from Shangri-La and the Intercontinental, with short boat trips to the dive sites, returning to shore for morning tea during the surface intervals. Alex is amazing, seemingly able to remember everyone's names and organise equipment with ease, The dive guides were very helpful and unfailingly cheerful, and both safety and conservation are a big consideration for this team. Unfortunately during our stay there were heavy swells which meant visibility wasn't great, with not so much to see. I would be happy to dive with this company again.
