This beautiful port opened in March 2011. Carnival spent about $180 million and own the shops here. Great history in the numerous posted signs. Outside the gates you should go with a group of people - not by yourself.

Imagine a poet town slowly falling apart with people selling stuff and offering you various vices the minute you enter the square. Dirty and awkward and a little frightening.
