The highest point in Yosemite National Park offers a fantastic view at its peak, where other peaks seem close enough to grasp. The climb up is hairy, though, and full of hungry bears.

A beautiful canyon and after the first couple of miles, few people amid gorgeous nature -- spectacular mountains, glaciers, meadows, streams, rocks...all beautiful. The Yosemite Conservancy hike to the glacier is amazing.
