Located near Canyon Village, Seven-mile hole trail offers a strenuous 11 mile roundtrip hike. This hike takes 6-8 hours to complete. The name comes from the fact that the hole is seven miles from the base of the lower falls.

This trail was strenuous, steep, with much unstable footing along with the great views. We are flat-landers and would not recommend this unless you are physically fit and adjusted to the altitude. Tried fishing, but the swift current and wind did not make it easy....More

I could not imagine the trail was going to be so nice at the same time it was so tiresome. The climb back is difficult for those who are not used to make trails.
