This geyser was boiling hot as most geyser are, however the green/blue tints are incredible. There are many geyser in the same area that can be seen within walking distance.

The walk wasn't too short or too long. A loop was just right distance. It's all flat so many of travelers could do the loop without any major problem plus every certain distance, there were benches to rest. Geysers were not so big compared to...More

A simple walk around several thermal features. The most interesting was an underwater geyser spout with a very large trout hanging around it. A definite should see while in Yellowstone.

The unique view of this geyser is its proximity to Lake Yellowstone. A sharp contrast between the colorful and scary geyser to the tranquil blue lake.

Must see. Loved it. Be sure to take a bottle of water with you. Go early to avoid the crowds. Gets really busy.

This place is a small region with a concentration of many geothermal features that are stunningly beautiful with contrasting backdrop of a huge and serene fresh water lake!! The beauty of the black pool must be enjoyed in person and less explained!!

With over 1/2 the earths thermal features, Yellowstone National Park is literally overflowing with geothermal features like hot springs, mud pots, fumaroles and geyser basins. Old Faithful is the most famous...not necessarily the best...so many to see...take a week at least...a trip of a lifetime...More

A must see in Yellowstone. The colors of the geysers are amazing and it's beautiful right next to the lake.
