We didn't end up doing the aerial view hiking trail since we were short on time. You see all these gorgeous catalog pictures of the prismatic spring but you really can't feel the grandness of it if you don't have an aerial view. You can...More

Incredible pool, probably my favorite, with great views and incredible photo opportunities. Well worth a walk along the entire boardwalk.

We went on June 2016. It is sooo beautiful. It has a trek to walk in and you mist keep inside the trail. No drons allowed in the park is prohibited and are rangers watching the park. It is very worth walking through this geiser!

The Grand Prismatic Spring has stunningly vibrant colors. The last time I was there it was cloudy and mist-shrouded which only added to the mystery of this gorgeous spring.

I was amazed by the beauty and uniqueness of this place. Sometimes it's tough to see the spring with the steam rising and cold air. Evening or mornings before 10 AM are the best, less crowded times to go.

We went to the slope near by to get a full view of the spring. The kids had fun climbing up the slope.
