It has sooooo much stuff! They have a kids museum which is geared toward 5-10 year olds in my opinion, natural science museum has replica caves, ice age, and you could go to the third floor and view the train loading station. The last museum...More

I'm from Cincinnati, I would recommend this. For adults, the behind the scenes tour is free and interesting. Also the IMAX theater. For kids, there are endless things to do. The train displays in winter are good for all ages. May be pricey if you...More

Came with the whole family and there was enough to spend the entire afternoon for both kids and adults. I love the architecture and the model trains were very well done, especially the Lego scene. Plan on a full afternoon and don't forget to check...More

We were on a time limit, so we plan on returning. Went on the Sat. after Christmas, so parking and crowds were a challenge. Still had a pleasant time - went specifically for the LEGO show -we'll be back for more.

Just visited the Cincinnati Museum center earlier today. Our party consisted of 3 people in their 20s and 1 person in his early 60s. We had combo tickets to see all 3 of the museums. The Natural History Museum was amazing, we loved the ice...More

Adults and kids enjoyed the Holiday a Junction display at the Cincinnati museum center. The trains in the historic Cincinnati scenes was enjoyable but crowded... The layout needs more room for visitors and stools or benches for the kids to get better view

Just absolutely amazing and inspiring creations. My son loved the exhibits. The spacing of people with specified times time slots was a great idea. You are able to enjoy the exhibit without having 1000 people elbow to elbow. Love it. The holiday train exhibit was...More

Had a great time checking out the trains, the holiday trains and the Art of Brick Lego display. The kids loved the ice cream at the end.

went to the Lego exhibit - Art of the Brick. It is a must-see. Not the Legos of my youth for sure! Recreations of famous art, places and the artist's original pieces etc show how good the artist Nathan Sawaya is. Then there are bricks...More

Questions & AnswersAsk a question
If I purchase tickets online, do they have to be printed or can I just show them on my phone?

The Museum Center will accept your tickets from your phone as long as you can pull up the PDF and can show the barcode.
What is the best option to save money for admission? I see on their website there's a discount for adult+child, but often times businesses have unpublished discounts such as educator, AAA, government employee, etc. Anyone know the least expensive route to go, before I order online? I realize I can call the museum myself but appreciate visitors' experiences.

WE just went for the Viking exhibit and there is not much else to see right now. I always try to use AAA when I can as it often seems to offer the best discount.
We are planning a trip this weekend to the Museum and Omni, however I just saw a post from another user that this facility is closed due to renovations, but there is nothing posted on the website. I called but didn't get a response. Just want to be sure we know BEFORE we buy tickets online! Also, if it is open, is it better to be there first thing in the morning? We have never been, and all the exhibits seem really exciting! Can anyone provide their experience with the National Parks Adventure Omni presentation? Would it be entertaining for a 6 & 11 year old? Thanks!!
