Whiskeytown was beautiful. It is rich in natural beauty and gold rush history! A great place for couples or families to spend a day or two. The lake is breathtaking.

Stop here on our way during exploration of Shasta area. Enjoy the mountain drive with surprising to find this place. Good for weekend getaway, or hiking. Prepare your camera, always to stop for good photo spot.
