Great photo opportunities from both sides of the arch. Interesting history too. From the parking lot side you can take a picture with the flag in the middle

No way would you get a wheelchair anywhere near this from either side. Otherwise moderately interesting

This car tour of the grounds is absolutely beautiful. Get out and walk around the monuments, take pictures, and read. If you are history buff you have to do this. Beautiful monument and the inscription it’s just captivating
