A member of our group had read about this and though we got lost a couple times, we did encounter others returning that said it was indeed back there so we pressed on, save for the couple that were tired of being mosquito fodder and...More

This was a hike that requires a walk through a bamboo forest. Make sure to wear decent walking shoes that you don’t mind getting dirty. We went just after a rain and the trail was very muddy. The trail is narrow but make sure to...More

No signage to lead the way; however, take the road less traveled and you’ll find it. Our group ranged in age from 1 to 55, all family on vacation. Was an easy “hike”.

Easy walk thru the bamboo forest, around 1.5 miles or so. Trail entrance is marked with pink plastic, no sign. Trail was well marked also. So impressive how it was built so long ago and walls still standing.
