Really enjoyed this cruise - the servers and entertainment with both professional and friendly. It left at 5:30pm which meant we were still turning around in the harbour as the sun was setting - it would be ideal to set off around half an hour earlier so you're out, in front of Waikiki as the sun was setting - that... My husband and I decided we wanted to do a nice, romantic dinner cruise. We never knew that we were going to be sharing a table with other people. Normally, we would be okay with this because we will talk to anyone to make it a good time. But the people sitting next to us wanted nothing to do with... More

Just finished the Navatek Dinner Cruise. Bus picked us up from our hotel. Lots of traffic on the way there so pre-boarding photos were rushed. We were seated on the top level near the window. It was a windy, cloudy evening so the boat was listing a fair amount during most of the trip. Unfortunately, we couldn't see the sunset... More

Cruise was very nice and a lot of information provided by the staff about the whales that can be seen in the area. Coffee, tea and water are provided on the cruise. There is an option to purchase a buffet style meal but I would pass on that if you are going to be watching for whales. Like most other... More

I took the afternoon whale watching cruise with meal and transportation. The Navatek I was shot in the movie Jurassic park. The crew and naturalists are friendly and knowledgable. We bought our picture for 20 usd. On the ship there is video and exhibition to introduce the behavior of humpback whales. The food is great. The transportation is run by... More

We were lucky, to have gotten a cheaper price, going through the events company, located in the Hale Koa. The food could have been way better, the whole lobster, was over cooked, the steak was too dry for my taste, you got one free cocktail, which, was good. Great sight seeing on the outside decks. The live show was fun.... More

I did the Royal sunset cruise with steak and lobster. It was delicious! The best part was our waitress, Nina, a lively fun spirited girl. The whole show was nice and the dancers were great. If you're not the shy type you can go up on stage and dance to some fun tunes.

Seven of us boarded the Navatek I for a 2 hour sunset dinner cruise. We were joined by, perhaps, 150 of our "closest" fellow passengers. The dinner was a buffet. We were provided with one drink ticket. Additional drinks incurred a cost. The buffet was okay. There was entertainment throughout the cruise. There were lots of loud "Alohas" shared. The... More

The sunset dinner cruise on board the Navatek 1 was definitely a highlight of our trip!. We paid the small upgrade fee to enjoy the Steak and Lobster feast on the top deck, and it was well worth the money. The service was fast and friendly, and we were even able to give some advice back to a couple of... More

Watching the sunset out on the ocean was amazing. You are able to see the city lights all of the hotels. It's beautiful. However, the food on the cruise was mediocre. I thought the food would be great at the cost of the dinner cruise.
