I went here often with my boyfriend's daughter while we were staying a couple hotels over at The Modern Honolulu. I got some very nice SUPping in and so did she. One evening I paddled upwind and let the wind carry me gently across the...More

Lagoon looks beautiful, and the area around it is nicely done. Palm trees and grass area are a really nice touch, but closeness to a huge parking lot is kind of a downer. Water looks wonderful but its way too cold for me. Much colder...More

Great safe place to do anything in the water, maybe leave belongings you don’t want stolen as it is known for thieves to operate and watch tourists down there. Other than that it’s a beautiful spot to watch or relax amongst an interesting lot of...More

This lagoon was located right near my hotel. It was never too crowded. The water was colder than the ocean, but it’s a nice quiet place to relax at.

Great for kids and family as shallow and rental company that provides three wheel water trikes, paddle boards, paddle boats and such. Every morning the sand is groomed and the water is crystal clear and perfect for young children without waves. Better than a hotel...More

I spent the majority of a day swimming and relaxing by the lagoon. Very nice spot for kids and families to go for the day.

This is a great place to relax. Nice to look at and take pictures of as well. No large waves, great for kids.

This lagoon is better than any hotel pool you will find on the island! There are no waves so young families can sit right on the waters edge with their children and play in the shallow water. You can hire stand-up paddle boards, kayaks, bikes...More

Nice relatively shallow lagoon mainly surrounded by sandy beach, located to the rear of the Hawaiian Village, and adjacent to the harbour, but accessible to the general public. Nice place for children to play and swim away from the main beach areas.

It was worth the 15 minute walk from our hotel to escape the crowds of Waikiki Beach. Loved coming here with beautiful views of Waikiki Beach & Diamond Head in the background. Great spot to relax and soak up the sun.

Yes you definitely can! It is shallow around the edges....obviously towards the middle it gets deeper but if you stick to the outer you’ll be right👍🏽
