A stunning beach and highly accessible for less-experienced snorkellers. A few tips: snorkel hire is cheaper in Waikiki; they only accept Visa; the 22 bus service was compromised and therefore over-crowded due to limited services on the weekday I visited - an operator-recommended scenic alternative...More

Still very good snorkeling, but too many people. You have to view a video on the rules, and they state MANY times, do not walk on the reef or rocks, only sand. So what do many people do? They walk on the rocks and reef.

Easy to get there from wakiki, using the bus. It's a bit of a pain to get a snorkel, you have to wait in a qroup before listening to a 10 min film on protection of the reef , which is important. Takes about 20...More
