Top notch! As a trainer of many movement modalities, I've traveled the world, experiencing space and locations of all shapes and sizes. None of them compare to the majestic energy is the Still and Moving Center! By far, one of my favorite spaces to move in, train in, teach in and share love in! Oahu Wowee, the Aloha Spirit is... A great yoga and fitness center that offers a variety of classes and programs. They have a shop to purchase clothing, yoga gear and a small variety of drinks & chocolates as well. The staff are very friendly and helpful. They have a small parking lot.

This place is a must-visit if you are in town visiting! The first time I walked in this place, the inviting space and staff welcomed me in, and I couldn't believe their variety of dance and yoga classes. My initial reason for coming is Aerial Dance, which has been amazing. They even have aerial family yoga and dance, and all... More

What a wonderful place to recharge, renew, invigorate and also meet locals. I tried Wave Works continuum, Gyrotonics, Aerial Yoga, Nia and Feldenkrais. Wish i had more time to get into other forms of movement, meditation and self awareness. Oh and i had several incredible massages with Malia!

Being new to Honolulu, I found myself starving for yoga one day. A quick Google search led me to this stunning center with the most diverse range of classes and workshops I have ever seen. Coming from San Francisco where there is a lot of yoga, dance and conscious movement practices, I was still very impressed with how much is... More

Honolulu is literally the second home for my husband and I. Every year we visit for weeks, now months, at a time. One big factor that keeps us going back, and for longer stays each time is our desire to seek out new experiences. When we discovered Still & Moving Center two years back, we knew we had found our... Still and Moving center is more than a spa will ever be. The NIA classes are fantastic. All sorts of healing and meditation. The events and activities are fascinating along with organic veggie food. The Hawaiian culture is thriving there. Clothes and accessories in gift shop, too. Thank you Renee for creating a home away from home for me.
