I have been to Pearl Harbor three times and this was my first time visiting the USS Bowfin submarine. I loved seeing the barracks, and it is a very interesting submarine to tour with all of it's history. I don;t recommend for small or younger...More

Our 14 & 16 year old grandchildren enjoyed touring the submarine. This was their 3rd submarine to tour and said it was different from the two others & would recommend it to everyone.

For adults and/or kids this is a great experience. You really get a feel for life on a WWII submarine.

We did the tour as we were at Pearl Harbour. An interesting experience. Worth doing. The whole Pearl Harbour experience is a must do and this is part of it.

This sub is well maintained. The tour is very short & no interaction. It has some literature for understanding. The flag end makes a good location for a photo opportunity. This was part of 3 included in a package ticket.

I don't think so. I recall waiting for the Arizona film to start and then going out to the site but I think for the submarine you just go whenever.
