Accessible via hop on/ off bus purple line from Waikiki hotels. USS Arizona Memorial is Free but ensure you get there early (ensure all people that requires tickets are all in attendance) So much history and a lot to see including Mighty Mo.

Never been to Hawaii but always was told to go to Pearl Harbor. It was one of the most humbling things ever. It was a somber memorial but it makes you think.

A must see if on Oahu. A quiet, solemn tribute to the sailors who gave all they had that day. The museum at the sight gives context to the memorial. I cannot find the words to express my gratitude for the sacrifices made that day.

One of the main reasons I wanted to vacay in Pearl harbour was so I could go see the USS Arizona memorial. I was going to just catch an Uber and go to the venue centre without a tour but was told by several people...More

We loved our visit to see the Arizona. Very moving. Just a few things to note to help your visit go smoothly. The site allows no bags. No purses, no camera bags, no diaper bags. Only yourself and your camera. There are lockers, or a...More

This is a very emotional place. The movie before being taken to the Arizona explains well the events leading up to the attack. The website is a little unclear on whether one needs to show up early to get the pass if the passport has...More

Touching video to start and provide background details. I teared up reading the names on the wall. Short ferry ride there and back. Once in a lifetime opportunity to visit.

Worth revisiting the hard facts of World War II's beginnings and honoring those who lost their lives. Reverently and well put together for handling so many people.

Admission is free however you need to arrive very early in the day if you would like same day tickets. We began lining up at 6:30 am and were able to get tickets for 10:30. In the wait time we toured the submarine (worth it!)...More

This doesn't happen too often in the summer. If you come in the winter (which will be the case in January), then there are more weather concerns but it's not a common thing. Storms usually blow through pretty quickly.
