This lake was fun. Plenty of space to have fun with your water toys and just to float around without having to worry about anything around you. The only problem was people at the boat launch swimming in that area. Other than that I loved...More

We drove out to Roosevelt from Globe - and that alone was worth the trip. It's a great way to see this part of the region and then end at a very blue and picturesque lake. Leave about 30 minutes for the visitors center to...More

Took the family for some quality time, fished off shore. Beautiful sunsets! Caught a few fish and had fun with the glow in the dark bobbers!

We very much enjoyed our weekend at this lake. We are use to busy lakes. It was a great change to have a calm, peaceful lake experience. The scenery was beautiful and the sunset was amazing. I wish the marina was a bit better. A...More

After visiting many marinas in the state, this one is okay, but the dock store, the marina and the customer service are pretty bad. The lake is nice and it's huge, so no big crowds on it. The restaurant is basically a buy your own...More

We have a place across from the marina at Lakeview park. We drive across the road to the beach area to swim. There is a beautiful view of the mountains and a nice sandy area to sit. There aren't a lot of good access points...More

We had the privilege to be invited to our friend's boat to do some sailing. I was amazed at the interesting infrastructure required to create a floating marina along the shores of a variable depth reservoir. We were greeted by a shuttle at our vehicle...More

The water clarity is still marginal as the early season storms have left murky water and floating debris. We would expect it to clear up some in the next month or so.

Yes I would imagine it will be busier than usual as a result of spring break. However, there is plenty of room and spaces fro camping on the beach so it will still be easy to find a spot.
