The Buffalo Zoo is a great place to take your kids when you're in the area. They have a plethora of species to see, and they've done a nice job making the place family-friendly, to include a dinosaur-bone dig area and a carousel. It's not...More

It is a nice zoo that is not too large, but I think some of the enclosures are too small for small of the animals. On the whole, good day trip.

It's not a very big zoo. If you leave out the rainforest, tree house room, playground, and petting zoo, you can do it in under an hour. It's a nice place to just walk around.
