We enjoyed Sedona and did a Jeep tour that was certified to take us into the Coconino Forest. We were treated to history and learned about the plants, trees and geology of the region.

There are MANY access points for the Coconino National Forest in AZ. We stopped at many sites around Sedona and Flagstaff. Each offers a unique view. National Forest seems a bit of a misnomer as many areas are desert with cactus and scrub. Take hiking...More
