First half mile or so close to houses (not obtrusive) then quite beautiful views and remote! 3 miles. Modest uphill. Very well signed!

Just a freckle under 2 miles, this loop hike is easy to find and a treat to hike. Some of the vista views seem to go on for miles. Of all the trails, this one provided the best vistas of the area around the city.

lovely short hike; maybe 2 mile loop from & back to parking on Camino Cruz Blanca. Great view of the city and the Jemez and Sandia mountains. Trail maintained in pretty good condition. Some loose rock; good combo of cardio and flat and downhill.
