The skiing was great despite the lack of snow in the last month. Of course, the sunny weather was an added bonus. The lines weren't too long on the lifts and the snow was well groomed. We missed being able to enroll our kids in...More

The distance to Ski Santa Fe was reasonable- 11 miles(about 30 minutes drive). My son enjoyed snowboarding and he went back to this place thrice during this week. There were lessons offered for snowboarding and skiing.

The vibe at this ski area is disorganization. From the rental process (we went up a day early at 2 pm as instructed and it still was sub par), to the ski school (horrible organization of which groups go to which instructors), the lack of...More

No place to stay at Ski Santa Fe. You would have to stay downtown Santa Fe and the drive up to the ski area is a curvy road. We went in the fall, no snow, and it did take us time to reach the ski area.

My husband and myself will be traveling with our son. He is a first time snow boarder. Reading previous comments I would like to know if there is transportation available to the ski area, rentals etc.....We won't be skiing and would do other activites in town but want to make sure that he has the opportunity to go snow boarding the three days we are there

There is a bus that takes you up the Mt. R entals are available on site at the ski area. However first time you and your husband should spend time in the cafeteria is my suggestion unless he is older.
