I had a quick hour to visit the museum, and it was a lovely way to spend it. I enjoyed the interactive movie, and some of the art installments. The gift shop had an incredible array of good books - I could easily have spent...More

To be fair, the Museum Shop and free art display in front of the actual museum was nice. The jewelry, books and other goods offered and on display out there were fine and actually quite nice. Luckily we had a Culture Pass so we did...More

Visitors to Santa Fe are accustomed to the array of traditional Native American pottery, baskets, carvings, and jewelry. This museum showcases contemporary works of art that totally captivated us. Tradition and history are woven into very modern interpretations, and we were brought to smiles, deep...More

We very much enjoyed our visit. It is a smaller museum but has some very interesting and thought provoking displays. Well worth the fee.

I see the word "contemporary" and the ideas generated about the art kinda race. However, go in with an open mind and you will be surprised. The art is excellent - it is thoughtful; it is sometimes provocative. I definitely recommend a visit!

While I was traveling with 2 young children, I had the good fortune to be able to spend some time here while they were napping. There were many thought-provoking pieces, but the one that has stuck with me the most is the interactive environmental piece...More

Situated right in downtown Santa Fe. A very different and unique museum, not sure if I really understood some of the art. Some very strange and disturbing and some just odd. Did I get it not really, would I visit again probably not. Also not...More
