We came here mainly for the splash pad but the kids had fun playing on the playground too. They really enjoyed the ping pong table. It's a nice little space inside the city.

This was a really neat playground that we went back to several times. It is in a convenient location. It has tons to play on plus a splash pad. It it so cool.

My only criticism derives from the lack of activities for children under 8. My kindergarteners didn't have much to do there as most of the activities available were for much older kids. It would be nice to incorporate a playground where younger kids could expend...More

Great park to burn off lunch. Fun for children and grownups. Lots of games, activities and places to play. We need more of these around the world.

Really enjoyed this playground located in Hemisfair park. It was a hot day when we visited so particularly enjoyed the water area. In addition to this, there are plenty of things to climb and jump on on a playground surface that is soft to minimize...More

We jogged through here one morning after running around the HemisFair. I was amazed by the mosaic tile work - millions of tiles. Happy that they named the Gardens after the native inhabitants of the area. There is a beautiful plaque with a song of...More

We were walking back from dinner when we saw a bunch of families sitting on the grass watching Clueless. The playground has swings, lots of climbing and rope play space, and other fun kids activities. We spent an hour there and my four year old...More

The park is free but it will probably cost to park close by. In a restored small building next to the park is a family owned Mexican popsicle place that serves wonderful, freshly made icy treats in all kinds of flavors... More

You absolutely can bring food to the park. As far as decorations, yes, but I would bring things that are simple-- balloons, tablecloths-- as it might be hard to tape things down?
