We were fortunate enough to enjoy the museum on a free day. All the exhibits were first class, well lighted and nicely displayed. Worth a trip.

Tuesdays after 4 pm were free while we were there. There are three floors of great art and artifacts. There are many rooms, so do not miss a one.

We went in as the museum was free that evening--very nice selection of western artwork. I really enjoyed the stagecoach & chuck wagon as well as the Alamo display.
