This botanical garden has more focus on the natural Texas habitats than formal gardens. The three loop trails into various Texas biomes were particularly interesting, The domed exhibits were a good place to take a break from the sunshine.

The grounds are large and feature many flowers which flourish in San Antonio's mild climate. In addition to outdoor plantings, this garden features huge terrariums creating many different climate zones. It is worth a good half of a day to wander around.

Nice Fall touches with pumpkins and scarecrows. The grounds are kept immaculately clean and staff is friendly and courteous. Enjoyed the many cacti, as this is a rarity for us visitors from Tennessee.

Not at botanical center. You can rent them downtown and there is a business on Broadway Street that delivers them to your hotel
