Excellent movie about the Alamo, more realistic than the Hollywood version. Of course, you need to see the Alamo itself, too, to appreciate the experience.

We actually went to see the Alamo before seeing the Imax film & wish we had seen the film first. It was very informative. Standard Imax theatre - nothing special - however we did enjoy the movie.

This IMAX is beautiful. I saw "Born to be Wild 3D." I loved it, they have about 5 movies to choose from and they last about 45 minutes each. I recommend the movie I saw or the movie on the history of the Alamo. Not...More

Be sure to go see "Alamo...the Price of Freedom" before you visit the Alamo. The large format film is the most accurately told story of the battle in a film format. Also, there are 3D films on the second large format screen including traditional IMAX...More

We saw the feature about the Alamo. It was a decent and informative show (we learned more about the Alamo here than at the actual Alamo) but it was pricey.

It was a made along time ago, so the acting is what it is, but very enjoyable. I enjoyed it more than the alamo.

nice comfortable IMAX theatre in the heart of downtown by the Alamo. If bad weather should drive you inside you can catch a movie either in the IMAX theatre or they have regular screen as well

The Alamo movie is in the River Center Mall and is shown all day on the hour. I think I paid $10 or $11 per person plus tax. Watching any movie on an Imax screen is impressive. I thought the movie itself (a) attempted to...More
