We visited the Desert Diamond Casino twice on our trip to Tucson, and very much enjoyed BOTH visits. And we didn't even win. The casino was clean, well laid out and NOT smoky. The attendants at the Player's Club Desk were funny, friendly and very helpful. We each received free play and a food voucher that we used at the... More

Visited one night last week. May be due to the low season, but this hotel was quiet (in spite of being next to the airport), with nice comfortable and spacious rooms with all the amenities you can imagine.

Nice little place, rooms are clean, housekeeping is great, coffee bar and cafe employees very nice, ENTIRE CREW very helpful and cheery. Very nice, and maintained pool area; wristbands for pool area access, towel checkout; but $25 for unreturned towel? Was not an issue, but be aware. Large Samsung HDTV in room, did not turn on, but very new model.... More

Stop here as a respite from touring sites in and around Tucson. Staff was friendly, but machines did not pay well. Lots of smokers and not very good air scrubbers to remove the smoke from the main floor area. If you are prone to respiratory issues this might not be a good place to frequent. I found this to be... This Casino is fine if you don't mind losing your money. The buffet leaves much to be desired, just not worth the trip for fun. The payoffs are so bad they are not worth playing. I was very disappointed in this Casino. I am a regular player and I have given this place up even though I live nearby.

Stayed here for a conference, never again! Facility is unsafe, dark, with no security patrolling and tons of questionable people. Room: The dirties I've seen, smelly, filled with dust dirty sheets and uncleaned refrigerator, or desk. I was on the 3rd floor, unsafe, filled with intoxicated and low scummy people. Find a better place please. Food, dont even bother, head... More

The casino is more or less split into 3 areas and then adjacent to it is the hotel. I don't know if it was due to visiting in the middle of the week or maybe I was more leery than usual. But I didnt feel as comfortable as say, Casino del Sol. Some of the fellow patrons seemed a little... More

My husband and I were there last week, as we had not been there in more than 3 years. We used to visit quite often and always had fun...we usually won enough to be able to go again. This trip was terrible. We tried many different machines.....Penny, 5 cent, quarter, & $1. We never got one win. In addition to... More
