It could be that we’re not the targeted clientele, a middle aged couple, but we found this area very underwhelming. There were a few trendy shops, restaurants and bars but it definitely wasn’t worth the trip. We saw quite a few people who appeared to...More

Love the vibe and the shops and bars! City would do better with watching the homeless sitting around all over the sidewalks asking for money.

Fourth Avenue is a lively neighbourhood of funky stores, coffee shops and restaurants connecting downtown Tucson to the University of Arizona. Easily accessible by LRT.

Definitely worth spending a morning browsing the shops. There is the usual assortment of native and Spanish kitsch, but there are some cool finds buried in the mass of touristy stuff.

We walked from our b&b to 4th Ave to find a restaurant. There are lots of options for dining and shopping. Walked to 4th Ave during the evening and felt safe at all times.

Hi, Lindsay. The street fair is not every weekend. They hold a Spring Fair (March 24, 25, 26) and a Winter Fair (Dec 8 , 9, 10). Enjoy!!
