This is a treasure. The gardens are beautiful and the restaurant has a fantastic menu. Great prickly pear lemonade. There are also some great shops.

I had lunch there with friends. The grounds are beautiful, the service and food exceptional. It was a lovely place to get a change of scenery, be taken care of, and enjoy good company.

An easy drive on the North side of town will land you at a unique and spacious botanical desert park. Wildlife is apt to be encountered, including rattlesnakes so beware. Paths are well laid out and there are plenty of benches and places to rest...More

Amazing, well preserved botanical garden showcasing the best of desert flora! You'd never know it was there unless you looked for it. So glad I came here - it is not to be underestimated!!

Tohono Chul Park is a botanical garden, 49 acres of desert flora, several hundred variety of natural species. The grounds include demonstration gardens, hiking trails, art galleries and a bistro. A visit here is a highly enjoyable way to spend a few hours.

Yes. The trails are wide enough to accommodate a wheelchair, and there are ramps into the main building and restaurant. The gift shop would be too tight for a wheelchair, I think.
