Excellent informal restaurant.

Always an excellent meal. Very informal surroundings. Decent service, maybe understaffed. I'd still recommend it highly.

Unique little place tucked into downtown offers a variety of options from a music scene to a bar and a restaurant. The food scene is focused on being locavore...farmer's markets and fresh options, plus a good vegan and vegetarian place. Then there's the local arts scene--space for galleries and performances, workshops and collaborations. Really a hip little place

I love AS220. They have an area for small concerts, there's a bar area and an area where they have small farmer's market type shops on the weekends. The people are friendly and there's always something unique going on there. I've been there for several concerts/art shows/bar and always had a great time. It's a hidden gem for people that... More

See and art show, take a dance class, share a meal with friends. AS220 has many things to offer many people. We had a great dinner there before heading over to PPAC. With a relaxed and hip vibe, you can have a fast or slow meal. It is entirely up to you. It is counter service food on one side... More

I came here to see my friends perform a set on a Tuesday night. The layout offers a great opportunity for this place to be kind to musicians in that the bar/restaurant is a separate room with a door, so noise from other patrons shouldn't impact the show. Unfortunately, people often choose to hang out in the gallery and have... More

The best chickpeas ever! Who knew chickpeas could taste so good or be so addictive. Lots of flavor. Kale salad so yummy. The squid and clam pasta was also delightful. The whole wheat pasta was just right. More restaurants need to serve whole wheat pasta, the taste does not suffer. The food is why we came here. Not ambiance. Yes,... More

So thrilled to stumble upon this place in Providence. Food is local, portions ate big, service was quick. Love the many layered stuff that they are doing with arts are youth needing employment options too. Hopes to get back to Providence just to visit again.

Good, fast food in a small restaurant. Looked like most people stopped by to get lunch to go. My colleague and I ate lunch there and were able to hold a business meeting. There were plenty of vegan options, and the food was satisfying. Would recommend this to anyone looking for quick food that's not "fast food"!

AS220 came highly recommended from a friend whose daughter had recently graduated from Brown. We are both fans of our local farmers' markets, and love "eating local". On a recent visit to Providence, my daughter and I decided to stop in for a quick lunch on the way to the airport. We shared only a few dishes, but each was... More

I love the location because I work around the corner and there isn't a lot of options for a vegan. I've probably gone there about a dozen times, and I've only had a couple of meals I wasn't thrilled with. Their Rueban is awesome. But sometimes their food is too salty- I had a couple of coworkers throw out their... More
