Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

Among the park's amenities are a statue of General Burnside who also served as the state's governor.

Not that big but worth a walk through during the day, some grassy areas, a fountain and a nice playground for the kids

this park during the day is ok and is nice with its skating rink and the bumper cars that they had there. However after dark just stay away. Drunks, homeless people had a village of tents set up.It is not a place to let my kids go near by themselves or with an adult by themselves either. Located near some really nice hotels downtown but it does have a statue of Gen Burnside and some nice trees and plantings.
Other than that not much to set it aside from any place where drunks, drug addicts and homeless set up shop. Not my kind of place to visit. lots of really nice places in our beautiful state to see but not this.

This is one component of the city’s primary public space, along with Kennedy Plaza and the Alex and Ani City Center skating rink. The more than 100-year-old Bajnotti Fountain is the centerpiece of the tree-lined park. Given its proximity to Kennedy Plaza and the financial district, this park isn’t going to offer much peace and quiet, but in the summer it provides plenty of much-needed shade.
