My husband and I went for a day tour. It was very informative and the history was interesting. The tour guide “Fairy Mary” was well versed and kept our interest for the 90 minute walking tour. Well worth the 23$ per person charge.

Beckah was an excellent guide and explained every background story in detail. When we were in the Concert Hall she was finished her stories and we were going on our own. I was walking out of the room into the hallway and the shut very...More

This review is for the Ghost Tour. While we enjoyed getting to see different areas and rooms of the hotel the tour itself was not very enjoyable. Our tour guide had a lot of energy but most of the tour just felt very forced and...More

We did the spirit tour for $25 each and it was so boring and hokey we wished we would have stayed in our room and watched TV. A large amount of the hour and a half tour was spent wandering around an auditorium and other...More

Super fun little tour. The spirit tour is not really the history of the hotel, but strictly about the ghosts of the hotel. It's fun to do it in the dark and they take you to the concert hall, and even the basement of the...More

Based on reading many previous reviews; we decided to come off-season, visit this as a historic site, and stay elsewhere. Thus, our experience rates a 5. Probably the most significant factor was being there in early November. There was no one at the gate-booth, so...More

Fun tour. Entertaining, historical. All around reasonably priced and well done. We would go back and take the ghost tour, too!

Ambience mostly, more of the ghost hunting type stuff can be done at night. Both are great but for the experience I recommend the night one ☝️
