Spectacular drive past several peaks, with absolutely gorgeous views. Lily Lake, a part of Rocky Mountain National Park is located on Highway 7. There is a very easy and accessible hiking trail around this small beautiful lake, where an moose may be seen at times. In the springtime the hummingbirds love to flit about the trees on the trail that... More

This is one of the most incredible drives I've ever been on. The views are stunning. Can't say enough good things about what your eyes will see. I will be back if we are in the area.

Beautiful drive! Saw lots of elk close to the road. Stopped and hiked some. You definitely notice the high altitude.

Incredible drive, albeit a little un-nerving at times in a rental car; never sure about their tires, etc.....but well worth the trans park drive

Map for this "things to do" is actually for the Old Fall River Road that passes east-west through Rocky Mountain NP. Peak to Peak road begins on HWY 7 south out of Estes Park.

Even Colorado natives appreciate and never tire of the majestic beauty of the Rocky Mountains. There is so much to see and do anytime of year. Put it on your bucket list.
