Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

The Harwood Art Center-close to Old Town and Downtown is a great place to see a variety of contemporary art shows. The Center -in a brick Art Deco building-houses 2 galleries and 4 dozen artist studios. Any weekday you can stop in and see very worthwhile shows in 2 galleries. 3 nights a year are Open Studio nights and those are fantastic opportunities to see artwork in studios and meet the artists who make their home at Harwood.
The Center also offers art classes for Children and Adults on a regular basis. And the big fundraiser every fall is a show called 12x12 that features the work of dozens of donated artworks all affordably priced. The history of the Center is fascinating too. It was a Methodist boarding school for girls and then sat dormant for decades until it was recreated to be a vibrant arts center for Albuquerque.
It is worth a visit to see local contemporary art.
