My husband liked the zoo more than I did. Exhibits/habitats were nicely done although many were under construction or closed.

It's a small park, not as good as Phoenix'. But around Christmas, they have light sculptures all over the park and live music and it's quite a site.

I spent the afternoon exploring the botanical gardens and the aquarium here. If you are purchasing a ticket for the gardens the aquarium ticket is automatically included. I thoroughly enjoyed learning about native flora from the educational material and from the knowledgeable grounds keepers who...More

We love to go to zoos when we travel so we have been to quite a few zoos. This one is not impressive at all. But I suppose it could be worse. Unfortunately, it's all we have in Albuquerque. The best part is the reciprocal...More

Depends on whether a NM resident or not. $9 for a single attraction for adults $12.50 if not a NM resident for a single attraction.

There is not a hotel at the botanical gardens. So, not sure what hotel you're talking about, but Albuquerque does have a pretty good bus system.
