We made a point to visit after spotting the signs on a previous day and weren't sure what to expect. We were glad we came. It may be small and compact, but there's certainly a lot of stuff crammed in there with a bewildering range...More

We came in with a 2 year old and 12 year old. They both loved it. It was a cute little museum worth checking out. They gave my son a little scavenger hunt which was fun. There are so many different types of rattlesnakes to...More

The Rattlesnake Museum is a must do. Very cheap but a great experience. We almost bought our nephews real rattlesnake fangs but then common sense returned. Rattlesnake skin, yes, fangs no. They also had acrylic paperweights with tarantulas inside. Now THAT the nephews can't misuse.

Great little museum in Old Town! Many species of rattlesnakes would be fun for kids to see. It doesn't take very long to see, but a good break from the heat.

Being the snake nut that I am, I simply had to visit this place when I was in ABQ last year, and I'm glad I did. As others have said, there's an impressive selection of both venomous and non-venomous snakes on display - very possibly...More
