Battlefield park is maintained very well. Park rangers are very knowlegable. Wonderful displays. They Have now blacktopped all roads. Quite a wonderful outing

The visitors center has many exhibits that explain the battle and the Mexican American war. There is also an interesting film. It was way too hot to actually tour the battlefield, however. The rangers have National park "passports" for the children that can be stamped...More

Took my Girl Scouts! Had an informative walk looking for plant and native birds. Great information on Mexica America War. Great place to visit if you are a bird watcher. Great staff.

The Park Service has this on its website and we did see dogs on the trails Can I bring my dog along? Dogs are allowed in parking lots and on park trails as long as they are on a leash. Only service dogs are allowed inside... More
