The beach used to be full of trash and broken glass bottles. Now it is clean and very kid friendly. Though it is nice, it can get overcrowded quickly.

Loved how easy it was to access because i have trouble with walking. I was really worried I wouldn't be able to make it to the beach with my family but we could and did drive right up and get out on the beach. We had a blast!

We planned our trip to Corpus Christi way back in January . We were so excited because we love the beach and usually go to Galveston. The last time we went to Galveston though the beaches were covered in smelly seaweed so we decided to try Corpus Christi. Boy were we disappointed! Our hotel was right on the beach but... More

We had good beach access with our vehicle. There were several other vehicles driving on the beach as well. we also saw several fisherman catching Red Fish on the beach as well We drove for several miles up and down the beach listening to the surf and feeling the coastal breezes. A fun experience for us inlanders.

If you're coming here for seashells. This is a bay. This is not the Gulf if Mexico. That water is about 14 miles away. But they do have very nice beaches. And alot of them. And generally clean water. The city takes alot of pride in safe clean water. They test often. Also lots of parks. And Shoreline drive.

If you like to drive along Beaches, this is a good drive. We enjoyed seeing the beach as well as the birds and people. There is always something going on when you drive down a beach. These beaches are very clean and pretty. Not many shells, but very nice.

Great beach access. The beach is looking better than the past few years but it's nothing like on the east coast or up north.

Much nicer than Galveston but not as nice as other beaches around the county. Has enough room to spread out and good pack sand.

We love the beach at North a Padre Island. Sometimes there is seaweed on the beach but this year the beaches were spotless. We saw machines cleaning the sand on Thursday morning. It was so spotless that it didn't need cleaning again for days. In the past we have been there when there is seaweed on the beach, sometimes smelly... More

Wonderful views of the shore. Lovely big homes. The drive starts on Shoreline then becomes Ocean Drive.
