Great displays and history. Wife enjoyed it through my (retired USN submariner) perspective. I enjoyed reminiscing... even if it was on a target (ie. surface ship).

Spent the day with my brother on the Lexington. We are WWII history buffs and have toured many of the museums around the country. And while the Lexington is more tourist trap compared to other museums and exhibits, it was well worth the day. All...More

The USS Lexington is a very cool place to visit. You can learn a lot about the history of the ship and naval warfare. My emergency response team has technical rescue training on the ship every year.

We bought the self guided tour and loved it. It was a wonderful ship and the fight deck was very good! The 3D movie is a must see at only 25 minutes. It gives you behind the scenes of an aircraft carrier - it was...More

Very informative. The ship is massive. There is a free 3 D movie included.Lots for the entire family. If you go on the flight deck there actual planes that people can go on. Flight simulators.

I enjoyed it immensely -- this is my kind of a museum. I think kids would be bored (though there were some push-button displays however, they were certainly not hi-tech) and there is a very substantial amount of walking and ladder climbing involved (it is...More

Not sure there’s a public elevator. If there is, you would only have access to the hanger deck and the flight deck. Below deck you’d have to go through doors, which are not wheelchair friendly
