I enjoyed this much more than expected. There are lots of interactive exhibits that are fun for all ages and an impressive number of aircraft to look at. Particularly good is their exhibit detailing WWII.

Be sure to pay for a tour $25. Don't miss the captains quarters. Parking $4. Lots of good restaurants nearby, try Blackbeards.

Nice place to see naval history, great pic site. Kids love it. Good fishing spot along side of ship, with a jetty which holds trout sometimes.
